RECALLS AND REMINDERS

Recalls (results and follow up appointment requests) are directed by the doctor, you will receive a text message asking you to make an appointment with the doctor should this be required. If no response if received after numerous attempts our staff will send you a letter advising you that the doctor would like to see you. 

Reminder messages for Health Assessments, Immunisations, Diabetes check ups, etc are sent via text message, if a response is not received from the message our staff will send you a letter advising of your reminder.
