RECALLS AND REMINDERS

Recalls (results and follow up appointment requests) are directed by the doctor, our Practice Nurse will call you book an appointment with you. 

Reminder messages for Health Assessments, Immunisations, Diabetes check ups, etc are sent via text message, if a response is not received from the message our staff will send you a letter advising of your reminder.
