MANAGEMENT OF PATIENT INFORMATION

All patient files and information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. All patient health information is kept for a period of seven years, but children’s health information is maintained until they reach 25 years of age.

Fletcher Clinic aims ensures all records are maintained and kept up-to-date for the appropriate requirement period. Patients are able to access information in their files with the approval of their treating doctor.

Should you request a copy of your file please contact our surgery and speak with our reception staff. Please note that there will be a fee dependant on the size of your patient file.
